The story that follows is an account of gloom and fear told by means of documentation. What people write, what they draw, what they say all records a different picture -- a moment in time. The story of what happens in Darkhallow Township is a different kind of story. Various documents will be posted in the form of journals, letters, reports and some audio commentary. As the story continues, more documents will be posted and as those moments in time are absorbed, the story continues.
This work is fiction. Though the world shares much in common with 19th century earth, the Belnari Empire is a world with its own problems, history and people. The story will document several characters through their fictional media. I hope you will stay and read this story from the first letter to the final death examination report.
As the story begins, Darkhallow Township is the largest city in the region of Darkhallow, a land of the Belnari Empire. Though doubtless you have never heard of these places, they will begin to seem eerily familliar. It seems that Darkhallow Township has had a recent string of grisly deaths. The Emperor of Belnar decides to send a student to Darkhallow township to investigate.
